Registration

general terms and conditions

All participants must be registered and are urged to register in advance. If the maximum attendee capacity is reached, the conference organisers reserve the right to refuse any registration.

For each article accepted at TASE 2017, it is required to have at least one of the authors registered at the main conference, with the commitment to present it at the conference. Papers without registered author(s) will be withdrawn from the program and the proceedings.

The registration fees includes for all packages:

Coffee Breaks from September 13 to 15
Welcome cocktail September 13
Gala dinner September 15
Entry to all sessions
Conference bag, containing the official conference material

Note that travel and hotel accommodation costs are not included and are the responsibility of each conference participant.

Pre-Registration

Pre-Registration at Early Registration rates will be possible until July 31, 2017 (GMT +1 Paris).

 

The registration method of payment recommended is the payment by credit card, via our 3D secured gateway. For payments by bank transfer the registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full.
As of August 1st 2017, the Late Registration rates will be applied and payment of your registration will only be possible by credit card.
Registration by phone will not be processed.
On-site registration will be possible during the conference, by credit card payment (in EURO) only.

Registration fees to the main conference

 

All indicate rates above include a VAT of 20% at current rate at the day of printing.

 

Student status

A copy of your valid student ID card is necessary to confirm the student status. Student must have been a student at a recognized university at TASE 2017 submission deadlines to receive discounted rates.

 

Gala dinner and additional gala dinner

If the registration form and full payment are received no later than the standard registration deadline, a gala dinner is included in the registration fee for delegates and students. If the registration form and/or full payment are received after the standard registration deadline, the conference organizers cannot guarantee the gala dinner.

It is possible to buy one additional ticket for the Gala Dinner at 85€. Subject to availability, on a first-come first save basis.

 

Conference Material

If the registration form and full payment are received no later than the standard registration deadline, a conference bag is included in the registration fee for delegates and students. If the registration form and/or full payment are received after the standard registration deadline, the conference organizers cannot guarantee that a conference bag will be available. All conference materials will be handed out on-site at the registration desk.

 

Terms of Payment

Inria has given mandate for the organization of TASE 2017 and therefore to act and receive the fees on its behalf.

The method of payment recommended is the payment by credit card (secured).

Payment must be sent to the Congress Office in EUROS (€):

* Do NOT forget to give the name of the person you are paying for, on the bank transfer order.

Bank transfer charges had to be paid by the registrant. Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until full payment received. The registration will only be accepted upon receipt of payment proof. In the absence of the document, the registration will be considered cancelled.

 

Cancellation policy for individual registration & reservations

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail or e-mail) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions and reimbursement (will be processed AFTER the Congress):

Up to August 15, 2017: 50€ cancellation fee will be withheld for administrative fee,

Cancellations after August 16, 2017 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

If unable to attend, a colleague may attend in your place. Please send written instructions for this.

If for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the Conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after expenses incurred by the Conference have been deduced.
 

Important note for failed visa applications

Notification must be received by us in writing (email or fax) not later than 10 (ten) working days before the conference starts* for refunds to be eligible. Cancellations received after this cut-off time will not be eligible for refund. * Saturday and Sunday do not count as working days.


Visa requirements / invitation

It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his / her visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications. It is recommended to apply for a visa at least 3 months in advance of the Congress. When the registration has already been paid, the registration fee minus a handling fee of 50 EUR will be refunded after the Congress if the visa was applied for in time, and proof of this, together with an official notice from the embassy confirming that a visa could not be granted, is forwarded to the Congress Secretariat.

The Congress Office can issue, upon request, an official letter of invitation (for accepted authors only). You must first register and pay the registration fees in full. Please apply to: tase2017@unice.fr

 

Privacy Policy

In accordance with French law “loi Informatique et Libertés”, articles 39 and 40, you have the right to access and rectify data about you. In practice, proving your identity, you can ask us whether or not we process data about you and in case the answer is yes, which data, for which purpose and how. Besides, French law acknowledges your right to rectify update and suppress these data. Inria has a “Correspondant Informatique et Libertés” (CIL) to the “CNIL” in accordance with article 22 III of the French law “loi du 6 janvier 1978”. The CIL maintains a registry of all data processing inside Inria subject to declaration under this law. He also secures your right to access and rectify these data.
